June Empties ♥

Hello my lovelies! Thought I'd do a little round up of my empties for this month (^__^)

(from L-R)

The Body Shop Vitamin E Face Mist - Love this, will always repurchase! Good for when I'm on the move and need a light moisturiser and need to fix those pesky dry patches.. A staple item in my skincare routine!

Nivea Visage Daily Essentials Oil Free Moisturising Day Cream - This was a bit.. meh. It kind of did the job. But I had to put it on twice. I mean, in the morning when you're in a rush to get somewhere.. AIN'T NOBODY GOT TIME FOR DAT. :P

Garnier Skin Naturals Simply Essentials Soothing 2 in 1 Make-up Remover - Bloody love this stuff. I'm actually surprised it lasted so long, but then again I was trying to use up that hideous No7 one..
Anyhoo! For the full review click here. I recommend you try it out, Boots are doing 2 for £4 on Garnier Essentials, and they're usually £2.99 so it's worth getting two - trust me you will not regret it. I've already stocked up on it.. I mean there really is nothing worse than finding out your favourite thing is discontinued!

The Body Shop Tea Tree Oil Facial Wash - my go to face wash. I try others but I will always fall back on this one. Perfect for oily/combination skin - another thing I always make sure I'm stocked up on. If you want to try it out The Body Shop have a sale on right now! GO GO GO :P

Camomile Gentle Eye Make-up Remover - this is up there with the Garnier one. It's good for when you want to correct any eye liner mistakes - just stick a cotton ear bud in and wet it, then clean up any mistakes and voila! Nobody will know how bad you are (read: I am) at putting eye liner on :D
Plus, the little version is handy to put in your bag as it doesn't take up much space (^__^)

Aloe Calming Facial Cleanser - Just bought the larger version of this in the sale the other day - it's really good for when my skin is feeling sore, or when I've been using benzoyl peroxide. Lasts a long time too!

Wow now that I think about it, I use a lot of The Body Shop's stuff! >.<
Have you got a go to store/brand for skincare?

Modestly Stylish: Teal & Coral ☺

Modestly Stylish: Teal & Coral

I've really been into teals, turquoises, corals, and pinks lately. I don't know why, because I tend to stick to my dark blues and beige kind of shades. Maybe it was the few days of sun we had a while ago.

On the make up front, although I haven't been wearing much (not that I wear a lot anyway..) I've really been loving my lip butters  Macaroon, in particular. Goes on like a dream and has AMAZING pigmentation. Plus, I just love the name, haha!
I definitely recommend it if you have pigmented lips!

Sigh. Honestly though, why is it whenever I post an outfit post it is always bucketing it down while I sit here pining for the sun, and complaining about the weather like the typical Brit I am? >.<

Ah well. One can only hope that sunshine is just around the corner, In Shaa Allah (^__^)

Update :)

Hey everyone!

I'm sorry I haven't posted in aaaaaages. I fell ill for a while, and just when I started feeling better, something personal came up and I had to focus all my attention on that. Once it is over, I'll start posting again soon :)

Hope everyone is well, In Shaa Allah! You're all in my prayers (^__^)
